Erie Specialty Products is a manufacturer of high volume precision screw machine products, utilizing TORNOS SAS-16 multi-spindle automatics, Davenport five-spindle and single-spindle Swiss Automatics. We machine diameters from .030 to 3/4 inch in a wide range of metal alloys.
Erie Specialty Products has grown significantly since being founded in 1987. The fuel for growth has been the ability to meet the demands of the marketplace for high volume, very close tolerance, machined products. Currently operating in a modern, air conditioned 30,000 square foot facility, Erie Specialty Products services the electronics, automotive, medical, and insert molding industries.
At the heart of the manufacturing capability is the Swiss-made Tornos
SAS-16 six-spindle automatic screw machine. To compliment these capabilities,
Davenport five-spindle automatics are utilized for volume applications in
free machining 
alloys. In addition to our mulit-spindle capabilities,
we also offer significant capacity on Brown & Sharpe single spindle
equipment.
Erie Specialty Products also manufactures Mil-C-10950 Button Mica Capacitors, which are shipped worldwide to manufacturers of electronic equipment and systems. The primary applications for these products are industrial, commercial, and military communication devices.
UPDATE- Erie Specialty Products announces the delivery of their first next generation Tornos SAS-16.6 six spindle automatic. The new SAS 16.6 utilizes a Hirth Coupling positioning system, and a Fanuc Controller which offer greater flexibility and precision than it's predecessor, the SAS-16DC.
UPDATE- Erie Specialty Products announces delivery of their state of the art Tornos BS 20.8. The Tornos BS 20.8 offers the additional flexibility of eight spindles, plus the ability to machine components up to 23 millimeters in diameter.
UPDATE- Erie Specialty Products has obtained ISO-9001 Certification. We are currently working toward achieving QS-9000 approval.
